R&D Ability

Laboratory

Our professional laboratory is equipped with various specialized testing equipment. It conducts tests on sample coating content, back pressure, coating adhesion and other indicators for samples and finished products to guarantee consistent product quality.
Professional R&D Team

Our professional R&D team is led by PhDs. The team focuses on catalyst formula optimization, new product development and solution design, and possesses top-tier R&D capabilities in the exhaust catalyst industry.
Advanced R&D and Testing Equipment

Including FTIR gas analyzer, catalyst activity test bench, hydrothermal aging furnace, backpressure tester and coating adhesion tester.
These devices support full performance tests for catalyst samples and finished products, covering exhaust gas composition analysis, hydrothermal aging verification, backpressure measurement and coating adhesion inspection to strictly control product quality.

Production Line

Batching Area

The batching area includes an automatic batching zone and a manual batching zone for strict control of catalyst formulations. The automatic system ensures high-precision feeding and minimizes human error for mass production, while the manual zone handles small-batch and special formulas with standardized weighing and recording procedures. This dual-mode setup supports both R&D and volume production, consistently securing stable catalyst quality across batches.
Automatic Production Line

The fully automatic coating production line delivers superior product quality and high production efficiency. It realizes precise and uniform coating thickness with stable process parameters, greatly reducing manual interference and product inconsistency. Continuous automated operation boosts output capacity and shortens production cycle, while real-time monitoring helps detect abnormalities promptly to guarantee reliable and consistent catalyst coating quality batch after batch.
Full-process Quality Inspection

We implement strict full-process quality control throughout production. It includes raw material screening, formula performance testing, on-line production monitoring and finished product inspection. Every product passes standard tests to deliver stable, reliable catalytic performance.
