RICHER generator aftertreatment systems adopt a modular integrated design, flexibly matching 50kW–20,000kW diesel and gas generator sets. Our portfolio includes DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst), DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and integrated aftertreatment systems, effectively removing PM, NOₓ, CO, VOCs and other pollutants:
Single-Module System for Small Generators (<500kW)
Integrated inlet–SCR–outlet module, optional DOC/DPF. NOₓ reduction efficiency >98%, ammonia slip ≤ 2.5–5mg/m³. Compact design with cost advantages, ideal for small diesel/gas generators to meet Euro IV / Euro V standards.
Integrated System for Medium & Large Generators (500kW–20,000kW)
PuriSmartFS_Air™ Series for heavy oil, biogas and other harsh exhaust environments. NOₓ reduction efficiency >98%, PM filtration efficiency >97%. Low operational cost and easy maintenance, widely used in large power stations and distributed energy projects.
Core Catalysts
Self-developed catalyst series: Zeolite Cu-SCR/Fe-SCR, High-Temperature V-SCR, Low-Temperature V-SCR, covering a wide temperature range of 180°C–550°C. Cell density options: 46–200 CPSI. Excellent high-temperature stability and conversion efficiency. Fe-SCR for gas generators withstands 500°C–550°C with outstanding durability.

Tailored for fluctuating exhaust temperatures and complex operating conditions of generators, our proprietary formulations include:
Low-temperature V-SCR: 180°C–350°C
High-temperature V-SCR: 300°C–450°C
Fe-SCR: above 450°C for gas generators
Cu-SCR: 180°C–500°C
High activity and strong aging resistance maintain stable high conversion efficiency over extended service life.
Dual-mode urea dosing system for low/high flow rates, controlled by Siemens PLC. Equipped with diaphragm/gear pumps for precise metering, internal mixing injectors (atomized droplet size <40μm), air purge cooling and self-circulation operation. Ensures uniform urea atomization, efficient mixing and prevents crystallization and clogging.
Two proprietary mixing solutions:
Labyrinth Swirl Mixer: Ammonia mixing efficiency >98%, 50% smaller than conventional straight-through mixers, ideal for space-constrained marine and small generator applications.
Straight-Through Mixer: Simple structure for high urea flow rates, suitable for large power stations.
Modular reactor design with 4g vibration resistance, supporting online soot blowing and bypass options for easy maintenance and scalability.
